Health and safety
The promotion of safety is part of Naobios’ culture. We undertake the necessary measures to provide a healthy and safe working environment for all our employees. We provide our employees with regular and appropriate safety and regulatory training. We have established measures for accident prevention and we establish objectives and action plans for prevention and continuous improvement. Our facility and our operations are regularly inspected to assess risks and to ensure that the impact of our activities on people and environment are minimized.
At a corporate level, our commitment takes the form of doing business with clients, colleagues, suppliers, and in the communities where we do business, with honesty and integrity. The trust that we inspire in our customers and stakeholders is the key to our success as an organization and as individuals. Our employees are our single largest asset and our success comes from the dedication and expertise of approximately 50 employees with proactive behavior. By means of continuous learning, innovative solutions and an open and constructive approach to mistakes, we are preparing tomorrow’s challenges.
In regards to the environment, we make our best effort for an efficient use of materials and energy to save resources and achieve economic sustainability.
