The information disseminated on this site is the property of NAOBIOS.

Any total or partial copy cannot be made without the agreement of NAOBIOS. Users are responsible for the questions they formulate and for the interpretation and use they make of the results. It is up to them to use it in accordance with the regulations in force and the recommendations of the National Commission for Data Protection (CNIL) when the data is of a nominative nature.

In particular, they should know that the information should only be used for strictly personal purposes, that capturing screens for reconstitution or enrichment of a personal database is contrary to French law and therefore prohibited, as well as use for commercial or advertising purposes.

In accordance with Law . 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data amending Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, this site has been declared to the CNIL (declaration in progress). The Intellectual Property Code specifies that you must cite the source or ask for the authorization of the author of the images. He only plays within the framework of respect for copyright. As a creation of the mind, images (even screenshots) are therefore protected by copyright (art. L112-2-9 of the Intellectual Property Code).

The fact of reproducing or representing, without authorization, images, texts or documents is punishable on the civil level by a condemnation to damages. These damages are calculated on a case-by-case basis. It depends on the victim’s loss of earnings, the damage suffered due to the distortion of the way the site is presented and the repercussions that the site author may have had of it, the way the image was put forward and that which it could possibly bring in financial terms to the designer.
